Ms. Campion is an experienced executive and board member with a demonstrated history of working in finance, operations, strategy and governance. She currently serves as an advisor to Doran Leadership Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused on middle market companies and large philanthropic organizations. Ms. Campion is the co-founder and senior advisor of NextLevelNPO, which provides operational, financial and strategic advisory services to non-profit clients. Prior to these endeavors, Ms. Campion began her career in finance and over the course of 25 years, she focused on operations, client advisory, investments, financial analysis, strategy and human resources.
Ms. Campion currently sits on the board of Chai Trust Company (a private trust company) and serves as the chair of the Governance Committee and the Distribution and Beneficiary Relations Committee. Ms. Campion is also a board member of the KIPP Chicago Public Charter School Board and served on the Founders’ Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago for more than 13 years.
Ms. Campion received her bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Olaf College and holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
